AgentWave

Frequently asked questions

The practical questions before you invite agents into the business.

How AgentWave works, where people remain in control, what connects, what memory contains and how to begin.

01

What is AgentWave?

AgentWave is a Business Agent Workspace. People talk naturally with AI assistants and agents that can use permitted company context, built-in apps and connected systems to prepare and complete real business work.

02

How is AgentWave different from a chatbot?

A chatbot mainly answers inside a conversation. AgentWave can turn a conversation or scheduled instruction into structured work such as tasks, calendar events, CRM updates, reports, prepared emails and repeatable agent activity.

03

Can agents work proactively?

Yes. An agent can work on a schedule or trigger—for example preparing a morning briefing, meaningful email digest and proposed day plan before an employee starts work. Permissions and approval rules determine what it may complete automatically.

04

Does AgentWave work on mobile and desktop?

Yes. The responsive web workspace works on desktop and mobile, with activity kept in sync in real time. Native mobile apps are planned for September 2026.

05

Can we use our existing business systems?

Yes. AgentWave can connect email, calendars, files, CRM, commerce, accounting, inventory and internal systems. Standard connectors and availability depend on the provider and deployment; focused custom integration work is also available.

06

Who owns the company memory?

Your company does. Memory is intended to be permission-scoped and portable. You can request a free technical export containing stored facts, events, relationships, timestamps, source references and supporting metadata.

07

Can AgentWave make consequential decisions automatically?

You define the boundaries. Routine preparation and low-risk steps can run automatically, while sending messages, committing calendar changes, purchasing or other consequential actions can require human approval.

08

Can a startup use AgentWave without an existing software stack?

Yes. CRM, tasks, meetings, files, customer work, agents and memory can live inside AgentWave. As the business grows, specialist systems can be connected without abandoning the workspace and accumulated context.

09

How much does AgentWave cost?

The standard workspace is €49 per month and includes the first user. Additional users are €25 per month. Prices exclude VAT, and AI or third-party API usage is billed separately through a shared balance controlled by the organisation.

10

Can we start without consulting?

Yes. Self-registration is the standard starting point. A free 30-minute introduction is available, while deeper systems audits, integration design and custom development are optional paid services.
